EASY as 1-2-3 !

STEP 1 –> Enter or Select your ‘Search’ criteria. (Price, Features, Beds/Baths & etc…)

STEP 2 –> Drag the Map or Zoom-In to target a specific area.

STEP 3 –> Click the ‘Results’ tab to view the homes that match your search.

After you ‘Register’, you will be able to:

Come back anytime and login using a simple login method.

Choose to use your existing Facebook / Google / Yahoo account for easy access!

Create unlimited searches with full-access to the North East Florida Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Save ANY homes you like by clicking on ‘SAVE AS FAVORITE’.
Create unlimited detailed searches which define the features, types, and specific criteria you are looking for.
Click on ‘Save this search’ to save a search and/or set up an auto-email for homes that meet YOUR specific criteria.
Opt to get email alerts delivered to your INBOX NIGHTLY, WEEKLY, or not at all. (your choice)
You can even receive updated RSS Feeds of your saved Searches & Favorites.
